The proclamation issued was for a Day of Mourning on November 25, 1963 to honor the fallen President John F. Kennedy. History buffs will relive the stories written in the New York Times on November 23, 1963. The official reproduction of the front page of the New York Times headlines the events that followed President Kennedy's assassination and is displayed in a 16 by 14 black wood wall frame. The frame includes the reproduction front page along with a Copper Lincoln Cent, a Jefferson Nickel and a Silver Roosevelt Dime, a Silver Washington Quarter and a Silver Franklin Half Dollar all minted in 1963. A Certificate of Authenticity is included.
