The Roosevelt Dime was first released on January 30, 1946, the late president's birthday. The Silver Roosevelt dime was minted from 1946 to 1964. Enjoy the first three years of the silver Roosevelt dime (1946, 1947, 1948) sealed for protection in an acrylic case. The Roosevelt dime was designed by mint employee John R. Sinnock. The dime is composed of 90 percent silver and 10 percent copper. A Certificate of Authenticity is included.
