The Irish Three Pence was designed by Percy Metcalfe and minted from 1942-1969. The Irish Three Pence is composed of 75 percent copper and 25 percent nickel. The Irish coins are secured in a silvertone bezel and hang from a silvertone tear drop style earring with a fish hook closure. A Certificate of Authenticity is included.
