This handsome collection contains one Jefferson Nickel from each year of minting from the first-year-of-issue (1938) to the year (2011), including all 4 of the Louisiana Purchase Nickel designs from 2004 and 2005. Included are the historic Silver Jefferson Wartime Nickels, minted of a new Silver alloy when nickel was in short supply. Two Silver Nickels contained more precious metal than a Silver Dime of the period! Displayed in a deluxe portfolio and includes a Certificate of Authenticity.
