The JFK Half Dollar first minted in 1964 was intended as a memorial to the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. It is still minted today but rarely seen as they have not been released into circulation for over 10 years. The coin is secure in a screw top bezel. The screw top allows the coin to be removed and replaced safely and at any time by a professional jeweler. The 1 7/8 inch silver tone money clip has a high polished finish that looks great with any attire. A Certificate of Authenticity is included.
