Description   These Classic .900 Pure Silver coins are prized by collectors, with the scarce last-year-of-issue among the most sough-after. This historic set includes the last 1921 Morgan Dollar and the last 1935 Silver Peace Dollar. Over 100 year ago the Morgan Dollar was first produced from the massive silver strikes of the Comstock Lode. It was issued from 1878 through 1904, when supplies of silver ran out.� Then for part of the year 1921, it was re-struck by the U.S. Treasury. The Peace Dollar was issued in celebration of the end of WWI. When the final coin was minted in 1935, world peace and the Silver Dollar both came to an end. This was America's last .900 Pure Silver Dollar ever struck for circulation. The coins are displayed in a 4" x 6" acrylic case.
